- Business documents, workflows, and data you share during onboarding and ongoing use
- Communications between you and your AI employee
- Feedback and corrections you provide to improve your AI employee

- Basic website analytics (pages visited, referral source)
- Device and browser information for site optimization
3. How We Use Your Information
- To configure, maintain, and improve your AI employee
- To respond to your inquiries and provide support
- To process payments and manage your account
- To send service-related communications
We do not use your data to train AI models for other clients. Your data is used exclusively for your AI employee.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your AI employee runs on dedicated private server infrastructure managed by our team. Your data is isolated and not shared with or accessible to other clients. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security audits.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in the following circumstances:
- With service providers who help us operate our infrastructure (hosting, payment processing), bound by confidentiality agreements
- When required by law, regulation, or legal process
- To protect the rights, safety, or property of Semantic AI, LLC or others

We build compliance guardrails into every AI employee based on your industry:

8. Data Retention
We retain your data for the duration of your service agreement. After termination, we retain data for 30 days to facilitate export, after which it is permanently deleted from our infrastructure.

Our website uses minimal cookies for essential site functionality. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.
11. SMS / Text Messaging and Mobile Information
If you provide your mobile phone number to us, you may receive SMS text messages from CloserEdge AI (Semantic AI, LLC). We collect your mobile number only when you give it to us directly, for example by checking the SMS consent box on a form on our website, asking us to text you during a phone call, providing it to us in person, or texting us first. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
No mobile information or SMS opt-in consent will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be shared only with the subcontractors who help us operate the messaging service (for example, our SMS provider), and solely for that purpose. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party for any other purpose.
