Your setup fee covers everything: building Eden's brain vault with your market knowledge, configuring your workflows, connecting your tools, training Eden on your voice and communication style, and a 30-day guided onboarding where we make sure everything works the way you need it to.
You control the level of autonomy. Most agents start with Eden drafting everything for review first. You approve, edit, or reject before anything goes out. Over time, you decide what Eden can handle on her own.
CRM integrations are available on the Pro tier and above. Eden connects to your CRM on the Pro tier and above, and we confirm your specific CRM during onboarding. On Foundation, Eden works through Gmail, Calendar, and Telegram. We'll confirm your setup in the onboarding call.
Fair Housing Act guardrails are hardcoded into Eden's brain. They are not suggestions or preferences, and they cannot be overridden. Every response Eden generates is checked against these rules before it goes out.
During onboarding, we study how you actually communicate: your texts, emails, tone, personality. We build a voice profile so Eden sounds like you, not like a chatbot. Your clients won't know unless you tell them.
