Compliance is the default, not an effort.

Every CloserEdge agent answers calls, follows up with leads by text and email, and keeps transactions organized for a licensed real estate agent. The agent stays the licensee and stays responsible for their business. Our agents are built so that the compliant path is the easy path. Here is what that looks like at the platform level, and what it means for the specific agent you work with.

Platform guarantees

These hold for every CloserEdge agent. They are built into how the platform runs, not features you have to switch on.

Identification & disclosure

  • The agent identifies as an AI assistant working for the real estate agent. Callers are never misled into believing they are speaking with a person.
  • When call recording is enabled, it is disclosed in the greeting at the start of the call. Recording stays off unless the agent deliberately turns it on, because consent requirements vary by state.

Text messaging (TCPA)

  • Outbound texting runs on a registered business messaging line (A2P registered).
  • STOP and opt-out requests are honored automatically and immediately, and the opt-out is stored permanently against the contact's number. An opted-out number is never texted again.
  • Phone numbers are stored in one standardized format, so an opt-out cannot be dodged by formatting differences.

Email

  • Do-not-email requests are enforced at the moment of sending, not just at list level, so a contact who unsubscribed cannot receive campaign email through any pathway.
  • Marketing sends carry the required identification and unsubscribe mechanics (CAN-SPAM).

Human in the loop

  • The agent confirms before it sends. Outbound messages composed on a live call or in chat are read back and require an explicit confirmation before anything goes out.
  • Duplicate-send protection prevents the same message from being fired twice by accident.
  • Documents the agent prepares (CMAs, listing materials, contract pre-fills) are drafts, clearly marked, for the licensed agent's review. The agent does not execute agreements.

Call privacy

  • Every phone call runs in its own isolated session. One caller can never hear another caller's conversation, and demo traffic is fully separated from client traffic. This isolation is a locked engineering invariant, not a setting.
  • The agent never gives out the real estate agent's personal phone number. It offers a callback instead.

Your data is yours

  • Contacts, conversations, transactions, and documents belong to the agent. They are exportable on request, and deleted on request if the agent leaves.
  • Every tool action the agent takes is logged to an audit trail the agent can review.

Beyond the platform guarantees, each launched agent has a compliance posture specific to its role. Today, that agent is Eden.

EdenAI real estate assistant

Fair housing posture. Eden's role is scheduling, follow-up, and paperwork logistics. She is not used to screen applicants, steer buyers, or advise on protected-class matters, and any marketing copy she drafts is submitted for the agent's approval before use. The licensed agent remains the decision-maker on every client-facing judgment.
